Great place to stretch out a tight body. Instructors are very good and enthusiastic about helping you. It’s not easy, but it’s worthwhile. After a few weeks my back is starting to loosen up again which is helping me in other sports and just feeling more relaxed overall. A positive life’s choice.

The best thing I’ve done for myself so far is Yoga. This studio is amazing and the teachers are kind and compassionate with so much passion.
There are so many benefits, it will surprise you if you stick with it. I started because of my soccer injury and surgery to my ankle, but did not expect the added relief for asthma and hay fever allergies. I recommend Bikram Yoga Glen Waverley to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life.  I am a lifetime member, if you find the perfect fit why look elsewhere.

我的名字是红梅，今年4 月份以来在Bikram Yoga Glen Waverley 做瑜伽， 以下是我自己的几点体会。     第一，Bikram Yoga 是热瑜伽，大汗淋漓的畅快是语言无法表达的，尤其是对末梢循环的影响是巨大的。我曾经患有慢性湿疹20 多年，遍及整个后背，每天必须摸用激素药膏，皮肤专家说我这一生不能停，因为一旦停下来，湿疹就会加重，形容是着火的房子-失控状态。但是4 月份开始Bikram Yoga 以来，我从未再用过激素药膏，神奇的很！
第二，Bikram Yoga Glen Waverley 的老师们尤其是owner Suzyanah 非常友好，从不厌烦讲解学员的提问。还有瑜伽的session每天3-5 次，再繁忙的人都能找到适合自己的session。不用担心热瑜伽是否适合你，缴纳$49 就可以无限制练习一个月。最大的“损失”也就是$49。         第三，从四月至今我原有的背痛在不知不觉中消失了。有一段时间没有看到我的朋友们都发现我的精神状态很好，肤色发亮，有兴趣的朋友们来Bikram Yoga Glen Waverley 试一下吧，你不会后悔的。

Ssssh, best kept secret in the eastern suburbs, a holistic approach to fitness, health, strength and mental well-being. Genuine and passionate teachers. When I first enter the studio I feel at peace. For first-timers – it is not easy and can be overwhelming, but remember if it was easy everyone would be involved; here is your opportunity to persist and become a member of a beautiful family – the rewards are immense.

If you’re feeling flat or have issues in your life that you don’t know how to resolve, then come… here. Suzy’s studio provides the original hot yoga – the special Bikram sequence – and her instructors stick to it (there are not many studios in Melbourne left that offer pure Bikram).

I wish I knew more about the science behind the sequence, but the combo does so much for your body, soul, mind. It fixes all aspects of you and gives you the energy and understanding to really love and appreciate your life or the power and confidence to change it if it needs changing. But you have to practice regularly (at least 3 times a week). It’s a big commitment and the work out is really challenging, but there is no other exercise to me that delivers these results.

The physical changes to your body are amazing, but it’s the difference it makes to your mind which is incredible. Sometimes I feel like a flat lifeless piece of cardboard when I enter the class, but I always emerge feeling like a magical unicorn. It’s hard to describe. I associate it as a place to get happy feelings!

If you’re a runner, it’s like getting the runners’ high x 1000, and it lasts for at least 2 days haha. The best thing about Suzy’s Studio is that it offers 5 sessions of bikram a day (most weekdays) so it gives you the greatest chance of making as many classes a week.

I’m so grateful to this studio. It’s really changed my life this year. I’ll have to keep coming until I feel brave enough to make those big changes I need in my life and until I feel more stronger and invincible. Thank you Suzy! Keep up the good work.
