Hot Fusion Flow Yoga

Hot Yoga 60 min for Beginners

This class is based on the Bikram Yoga modality, but shortened to 60 minutes, offering newcomers the opportunity to learn the basics of the practice and gradually get accustomed to the heat. It includes a series of foundational yoga postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while the controlled heat aids in increasing circulation and promoting deeper stretching.

Bikram Yoga 90 min

A full-body workout consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room to enhance flexibility, strength, and detoxification.
